Do you have a service charge, and how much is it?
We apply a 20% service fee to cover essential operational costs. This fee supports our ability to provide exceptional catering services, including client consultations, venue coordination, insurance, equipment maintenance, and other back-of-house expenses. Yes, we provide bar services. Our offerings range from simple beer and wine service to full bar service, including custom cocktail menus. We can tailor our bar packages to suit your event's needs.How far ahead do we need to book our event?
We advise securing your date as soon as you decide to work with Brooks & Landry Catering. Certain periods of the year experience high demand, and dates can fill up quickly. Early booking ensures we can accommodate your event.Do you have a cake cutting fee?
We waive the cake cutting fee for clients who order a dessert package from us. For those who prefer to bring their own dessert for serving, we apply a $100 fee.Do you offer menu tastings?
We provide menu tastings for contracted clients. Once you're comfortable with your proposal's vision and cost, we can arrange a tasting. We offer a 6-course tasting for $250 for up to 4 people, with an additional $50 per person beyond that. Full menu tastings start at $500 for up to 4 people, with the same additional guest fee.Do you offer menu items for vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-sensitive guests?
We have developed a variety of menu options to accommodate guests with specific dietary requirements. Our goal is to ensure all attendees enjoy a satisfying dining experience, regardless of their dietary restrictions.Do you provide wait staff?
Yes, we provide wait staff for events. The number of staff hours is determined based on guest count and event duration, as specified in your proposal and contract. We may increase staffing for larger guest counts to maintain our high service standards. We prioritize employing skilled serving staff and offer competitive wages to ensure excellent customer experiences.
